Is it possible to cut fabrics?

Not all our suppliers offer cut service. Please check the materials technical sheet to verify the typology of service offered by that supplier or contact us for support. 

 

Where do fabrics come from?

DAMō sources fabrics and leathers stored in the warehouses of selected Italian textile suppliers and manufacturers.

In addition, DAMō researches recycled and innovative materials from selected textile suppliers. Each product has its data sheet that includes the origin of the fabrics. You can see it by checking out “Made in”.

Can I reserve fabrics?

To reserve materials, a specific request must be made, and a payment of 25% of the total amount is required. If the order is subsequently placed, this 25% will be deducted from the total payment. However, if the order is not placed, the 25% reservation payment will be forfeited and not refunded.

Is there a minimum quantity to order?

We offer a free cutting service on selected materials, allowing you to order from 5 metres in those cases. For other materials, the minimum order quantity is determined by the smallest roll size specified on the product page and varies for each reference/colour.

Please refer to the material's technical sheet to confirm whether the free cutting service is included or contact us for assistance.

Can I get samples before ordering?

You can request a sample by filling out our request form. 

We will contact you by e-mail to follow up on the shipment and payment of this service.

Please be responsible with the number of samples you request.

How do I change my password? 

You have forgotten your password or simply want to change it?

On the login screen, we invite you to select ‘Forgot Password?’. You can then type the email address you used to register, then hit ‘Submit’.

After submitting your email, check your email. You should have received an email from info@damo.studio. Click on the link in the email to reset your password.

How do I create an account?

You can click here to create your account, and answer the registration question to create your profile. Then select your profile and register your company information. 

How do I cancel my account? 

Are you sure you want to delete your account? Sign in to your profile. Click edit profile. Click Delete profile.

ORDER

How can I place an order?

Is not possible to place an order directly from our webpage. We give you an end-to-end consultancy to connect with the supplier, make your request and receive the parcel. To request our service you must fill out the request form linked to the material you are interested in. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

Can anyone request a service from DAMō?

Requesting a service on our website is exclusively reserved for professionals and requires a company identification number: associations, micro-entrepreneurs, and companies. If you are a student, you need one of these statuses to order samples or request our consultancy service.

  • Association: You can place your request directly on our website as an association. Make sure to enter your association identification number when creating your account.

  • Micro-entrepreneur: As a micro-entrepreneur, you are allowed to request a service on our website. Please mention 'micro-entrepreneur' in the VAT field when creating your account.

  • Students: Please indicate your school name when registering and check if your university has an account, or contact us to initiate a partnership.

SHIPPING

Where do you ship?

Our suppliers can ship within the European Union, other destinations have to be checked in the moment we receive your request form.

How are shipping fees calculated?

After confirmation from our suppliers of the weight of the rolls ordered, we will calculate the charges according to your delivery address. 

You can decide whether to receive the shipment using our courier or yours.

Please note that if fabrics are packed and shipped in rolls to maintain quality, the courier will charge an additional fee due to the non-standard width of the parcel being greater than 1.20 m.

Consequently, transport can be expensive for small orders. It is therefore more advantageous to order several rolls at once.

We will communicate this cost in the order confirmation form.

Delivery of your order 

Your order will be prepared by our suppliers within 3-4 working days after receiving the payment confirmation. Once done, you will receive an email confirming the shipment.

The estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days for Italy, 7-11 business days for EU.

INVOICING AND PAYMENTS

What are my payment options?

You will pay directly to the supplier for your order. The payment option will appear when you receive the confirmation order form with the details from our suppliers.

Do prices include VAT?

All our prices are shown without VAT.

VAT is calculated and added once you receive the order confirmation form. If you are not supposed to pay VAT, please indicate it in the request form with your VAT number, name and email address associated with your account.
